Hot tubs and games rooftop. Nearby scenic biking trails and beaches!
Allow our condo to serve as your hub for TC fun. 2 BR(comfortable beds) 2 BR( one with tub) and a queen size sofa bed. Condo comfortably fits 6 people.

Smart TV, use your own login and streaming services. No cable.
We take pride in our unique “designer” condo. We’re looking forward to sharing it with you! Make your stay memorable, book our condo.

We stayed here for a long weekend with friends. Great unit with convenient parking! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Location was great as well. I'd stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Great place, clean. Check-in and check-out was so easy. It was nice not having to do anything before we left, (like most vrbos request you to do).Hot tubs were a nice finish to a long day out in Traverse city.

Comfortable and spacious

We stayed with our pup and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We also enjoyed the hot tubs, which provided even more relaxation.

Great stay. Not a complaint but suggestion would be a keurig with k-cups. We use VRBO often and these seem to be common in all. Microwave needed wiped down inside, but otherwise, a great stay! Would stay again.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended

We had a fantastic experience staying at Riley's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the lake/parks yet in a quiet, peaceful area. Riley was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. Overall, this was one of the best Vrbo stays we’ve had, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Riley’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We loved everything about our stay but 2 things. Hot water was an issue for showering and only allowing 1 parking space. Everything else was excellent!

Great Property Overall, Centrally Located and Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. the unit was clean, private and quiet. We enjoyed the location, not too much within walking distance but close to almost everything you want to do in TC. Looking forward to staying again!

Pros: clean, nice layout, good size Cons: the reason we booked it was for the hot tubs. They were not open all weekend. Change your listing to say this. Also, after two showers we ran out of Hot water. I was told there was a Keurig, but there is not.

Weekend trip with friends

This is a great place to stay for two couples. Very clean and modern and the rooftop hot tubs are fantastic. The owner was very responsive. I think the one drawback is there is only one assigned parking spot for the unit and no public parking anywhere nearby so this was tricky since we had two cars. Overall a great option and we would stay again.

Just like the photos

The unit was super clean and just as nice as the photos listed! The showers had shampoo/conditioner/ body wash in them and there were extra towels (shower and hot tub) available. Having access to the rooftop was super nice! - could have had a couple more stocked items in the home - plastic cups for taking up to the rooftop & a full length mirror would have been nice additions. Overall a great stay and will be back to this property in the future!
