One minutes from the River public area shores, Needles Marina, Jack Smith Park, close drive to Topack and Pirates Cove, 30 to 40 min drive to Laughlin or Lake Havasu. We’re located on .5 acres, plenty of room for large boats and vehicles in gate. Conveniently located close to the water and perfect for multi families to stay together and relax.


Close to launch ramps and Colorado River. House is fully remodeled with all new appliances, wifi available, and furnishing.

Larger lot available for rent if large group with rv and trailers would like to stay as well.

Bedrooms have ceiling fans for summer months. Also 2 floor fans for extra air circulation.

Livingroom and 3 Bedrooms have tvs with fire sticks with app tv's.

Master has full bathroom(shower) attached with a king bedroom

We are a family of 4 with 3 dogs. We loved traveling and staying in houses vs hotels. It just makes it more comfortable for us. This home is our first rental on vbro and hope to expand eventually. It's been a long process over 3 years to get it remodeled. Over this summer we hope to save up and start expanded the yard and landscaping. I love hosting because so many people appreciate the comfort of a home and supporting a small business.
