Local recreation includes world-class skiing, the Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir (famous for boating, kayaking, and Stand-up Paddle boarding), and ubiquitous hiking and Mountain biking trails. This exquisite 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an inviting retreat for nature enthusiasts and winter sports aficionados.

Amenities include a private Deck, BBQ Grill, Two Living areas with 55" Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a 2-car garage, ping pong table in the garage, and use of our kayaks, water toys and life jackets. A high chair and Pack-N-Play are available upon request.

Families will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, a gas stove, quartz countertops, a kitchen island with four barstools, a dining table that seats 6-8, modern cabinetry, a fridge w/ freezer and icemaker, a microwave oven, and all the essentials. It's an ideal setting for crafting gourmet meals that bring friends together.

Experience the height of convenience in our bathrooms, each providing a private space for refreshing and preparing for the day ahead. All necessary linens, towels, and toiletries (including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided for your stay. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for personal laundry needs.

The property includes convenient parking with a two-car garage to ease your arrival and stay. It resides on a private lane with additional parking off the street.

Two additional bathrooms featuring tub and shower combos, complete the accommodations.
