The 2 bedroom condo was big and comfortable with excellent AC! It had everything we needed.

Needs update

Las Palmas needs to step up their game with presentation of their property. Paint is less than desirable, pools have ROCKS at the bottom and an oily film on top. The condo itself is quite dated. Furniture needs some sprucing up, the recliners don’t recline, the patio furniture is rusty and gross, the handles on the sliding glass doors could use some 409, and the floor some bleach. Our feet were black from being inside. Would not recommend

Great LoCal but little things need addressed

Great location! Easy to check In. Dishes not 100% clean. Could use a few more bowls and there are no wine glasses. The fire extinguisher in the unit needed charging and the air filters are so dirty that there are dust monkeys hanging from the grill. Bar at the pool is awesome and great location on the beach. Bring charcoal and a lighter if you want to grill. Couch pull out is comfortable. Tub in master bath doesn’t drain. Bring coffee filters (or use paper towels) if you want coffee.

We'd Stay Again!

We enjoyed the entire stay. I was not expecting the reminder call the day before check-in; that was a pleasant surprise. The agent let me know I could add 2 more people since we hadn't reached maximum capacity. She also let me know that even if we arrived prior to check-in we could enjoy all the resort has to offer until our unit is ready. Check-in was simple and efficient. The location of the unit was perfect. We had a great ocean view and enjoyed the pool/hot tub just outside our building. We enjoyed the Happy Hour drinks/specials. We ate brunch on Sunday and enjoyed the local foods. The servers were kind and attentive. The resort was always clean and comfortable. The ability to use and swap towels throughout the day was very convenient. The beach was not too crowded and the water sports were steps away. The front desk staff was always friendly and willing to offer local suggestions. We had noticed 2 electrical outlets were not working (in the kitchen). Although we didn't need them, 2 others worked fine, we reported it and it was fixed right away. The gentlemen sent to fix the outlets were kind and personal. The specific unit (G-604) could use a few added shades. Since we needed to use the pull-out couch for one guest, it was very bright since the sliding glass door did not have any blinds/curtains. The front door and one of the bathrooms also could use window tint since they let in constant light from the hallway. However, these issues are minor and not deal breakers; we'd stay again!
