location is perfect , parking is expensive, the only downside of this appartement is the load music till 3 am every day just under the bedrooms , it was very hard to sleep

Why they chose this property

The apartment has beautiful ocean views. When you sit on the balcony in the afternoon you can hear the relaxing music from the beach club while sipping a glass of rose. That is one of my favorite things to do in the afternoon.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is recently renovated with all the newest appliances and gadgets. The apartment is very clean, modern and we pride ourselves of taking care of the apartment very well!
The location and the views are absolute winners.. 2 minutes away from Rue de Antibe shopping, 5 min walk to Palais de Festival, beach is only 100 meters away.
Everyone loves the location as you can walk to restaurants, beach and shopping within minutes. Its quite magical..
