Beautiful anniversary getaway

This was a wonderful home base for our anniversary trip. The views from the balcony and gulf-side bedroom were stunning! There is private access to the beach and pool/hot tub area. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen and living spaces had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return to Navarre Beach with our adult kids.

Overall great stay, amazing view, able to see a turtle and a group of manatees from the balcony. Just a few very small issues, faucet leak, loose door knobs, floor tiles, etc.

Going in we thought the pictures had to be too good to be true. Boy were we wrong! Plenty of space, everything clean, nice amenities, and beautiful views. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Beautiful view and roomy place

The condo was very spacious and had more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. We loved the high ceilings and view from the balcony. We could see lots of dolphins and sea life from up so high. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have. The condo and pool never felt crowded. We had a great stay!

1802 rental

The dishwasher only worked some of the time. Water was turned off to the dishwasher when we got there and the dishes were dirty. Dishwasher would turn off after you turned it off. Cable went out one day for a half of day but outside of that beautiful stay

Balcony was fine fridge was filthy beach view great ..master suite tub did not work only shower was working ..tub would not hold water .....drapes in master were dry rotten ripped to shreds mid way down to the floor ..I have pictures if you need them ..felt should have been discounted more since could use the tub and the master suite ocean view windows was deplorable by the shredding drapes

Loved it!

10/10 would definitely book again. Absolutely loved the property. The views were amazing. Don’t miss on this one. But the mattress in the primary needs replacing and maybe put the fan blade back on. Won’t stop me from booking again though.

The view was wonderful. host return calls promptly. The bed in the master bedroom definitely needs replaced it had an indentation where someone had slept every night for years. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cups and pans. Our gate code didn't work until our second day at about 6pm we was given the wrong coded and the host or scenic Stays could figure out the problem. Finally gave a new code and it worked but over all we had a great time.

Only concern about the unit is louvre folding doors for washer and dryer in kitchen don’t close correctly. Couldn’t get them to fully close. Minor adjustment needed on sliding bracket. Headboard of queen bed in kitchenette unit is loose. Trundle beds don’t stay closed in the closets. . All that is minor. We were very impressed with the unit and want to book there again next summer. Definitely worth the stay. Unit was clean. Liked the property very much.

Amazing Panoramic View!!!

A very nice stay on the 18th floor, spent lots of time on the balcony watching birds, dolphins and waves! Weather was a little iffy but still gorgeous even on the grey days air conditioning needed attention and was very quickly addressed, corroded wires from the roof unit. Service team helped me and the a/c men did a fast job. Condo is very very comfortable LR & bedrooms, wish condos had ottomans or poufs for our feet. Had a lovely visit until my friend fell in the middle of the night and broke her shoulder! We spent a few extra hours at ER and getting her comfortable. She really enjoyed the balcony and the comfortable mattress in her room. Luckily her accident happened on the last day and we got her safely home. Thank you!

Failed potential!

Absolutely breathtaking views which were highly negated with no light bulbs in the main lights in the living area or the master bedroom. Also, the TV in the main area did not work. The WiFi access was spotty at best. It took three days for a repairman to come. When he arrived, he was rude and did not complete any work. The management company was gracious - but hit is truly failed potential.
