Thank you for highlighting the great location, Lisa! Regarding the HVAC — the building operates on a seasonal heating and cooling system, with transitions managed in accordance with municipal regulations. This is common across buildings with centralized systems in the area and is not controlled at the unit level. As for storage, we appreciate the feedback and are always evaluating ways to improve the in-unit experience for our guests. We'd love to welcome you back on a future trip!

Thank you for acknowledging the location, easy check-in, and our responsive communication, Rebecca. We're sorry to hear the apartment didn't feel up to standard upon your arrival. Our units are professionally cleaned between every guest, and we take these standards seriously. When you contacted us about the stovetop, we promptly sent someone to address it. We wish you had given us the same opportunity with your other concerns — we're always ready to send our team back to resolve any issues rather than have guests take that on themselves. We would have appreciated the chance to make things right during your stay and are sorry you chose to leave early. Your feedback is noted, and we'd welcome the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
