Well-Maintained Townhome in Quiet North End Avalon
Friday to Friday Rental. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located a short walk from the bay and directly across from the Grace O’Brien Park and Playground. Just a few blocks from one of Avalon’s nicest, guarded beaches. The first floor has an open layout that includes a kitchen, dinning room, pantry and laundry space. The rear sliding glass doors lead to a patio. The second floor has all three bedrooms. The Primary suite offers a queen bed with plenty of room for a crib or pack&play, plus a private bath. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 single beds. Plenty of on and off street parking, and a short walk to Moran’s Fishing Pier with rental kayaks, sandwiches, and fishing.
