Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please leave garage remote and keys . Remotes to TV’s. Check for all personal items.
Take out all trash and remove food from refrigerators and freezers. Take all food items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When leaving, beds stripped, all trash to be taken out, laundry started,dishwashers loaded and started and refrigerators cleaned out of your food.
QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am every day.
TRASH PICK UP IS WEDNESDAYS. North side of driveway must be cleared by 8am so truck can pick up canister. $35 charge if Dahl Disposal can’t access.

Our family of 9 adults had a wonderful stay! The location right on the beach can’t be beat, and the house itself was perfect. Plenty of space to gather as well as privacy for everyone. Great communication with the owner!

Perfect place!

So many great things about this house but our group got the most use out of the sand area just off the back deck. Perfect play place! Close to the house but far enough away from water to make it easy to watch kids playing.

Perfect fit for our family

Everything was as described. The home was immaculate upon our arrival and had more than enough of everything for the eleven of us. The overall location was perfect for sightseeing up and down the coast. The easy beach and ocean access right out the back door was absolutely wonderful .

Great beach house for large groups

Great location, lots of room, wonderful experience! The upper and lower floors can be separate living spaces as there is a full kitchen on both floors. A few signs of wear like blinds that wouldn't operate but all in all an amazing place.

Beach! Bonfires! Fresh Caught Crab! Pleanty of room!

Step from your "home away from home" to the sand or sit on the balconey and enjoy the view. Plenty of room for family and friends! The ideal reunion setting. Walk on the beach, catch fresh crab, short drive to the aquarium or to the sea lions. Good grocery just blocks away. Prepare great meals with the well stocked kitchen - large gas BBQ! Enjoy this beautiful setting and home -a stellar combination to make a awesome vacation!

Family get away

We had such a great time staying at the property. The house was immaculate and the furniture comfortable. There was plenty of room for large family gatherings. We just wanted to get away to the coast for a few nights and this was perfect. The views were spectacular. The beach was right off the back patio. The kitchen(s) have everything you would need to prepare meals. I spoke with the owners a few times and Kathy was quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we head to the coast. We love it!

Roomy and on the water

This is a great rental for large groups. We had two families, it could accommodate three. The house is right on the water. The beach is expansive and we maybe saw three other families the whole time. We saw seals, a whale, pelicans, and lots of other wildlife. Boys went crabbing in the bay and came home with eight crabs. If you want to travel with family and friends, but also want your own space, this is the house for you.

Great getaway!

Amazing location! You can walk out the back slider off the porch over the dune to the ocean just perfect for our social distanced getaway. The bunk room was great for our kids aged 7-20 two teenagers shared the queen bedroom, the master was spacious my parents took the upstairs level and chose the bedroom with the ocean view. Our teens spent a lot of time wondering around the neighborhood and the town of Waldport. Great food available in Newport and it was a quick and easy drive. Communication was easy as was entry. Excellent time .

Great weekend despite a lot of rain

Family was going to go cabin camping, but almost constant rain was forecast. Lucked out finding this home on the beach. Was a wonderful time. A bit of time on the beach. More time than usual playing games, cooking, hanging out, and watching the waves and storm. Perfect for our group of 3 households, 3 generations. 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and multiple living areas allowed for a variety of activities concurrently. Well equipped, clean house with comfortable beds. Will return if the opportunity presents itself.

Amazing, fun time. Wonderful Beachfront Home.

Good morning Paul and Kathy, We have checked out of your lovely home and we are on our way to Portland to watch our second oldest grandson play baseball. We had our best family vacation ever. Crabbing in the rain both days, collected and cooked mussels, tide pools, baseball on the beach and fires and s’mores at night. Lots of crab to eat! Lots of game playing too. The grandkids all stayed in their hideaway and played lots of air hockey. So much fun sleeping all together. Ages 5-13. Your beach home is the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. From pots and dishes, toilet paper, soaps, Kleenex, garbage bags, beautiful towels, huge washer/dryer—you go well beyond most rentals and we vacation lots! Bliss at the Beach

Clean, Beautiful, and Well Provisioned! Our large extended family found that this rental had ample space for groups to “do their own thing” without being on top of each other. We will definitely be back!

We are business owners in Redmond, OR. We love the Oregon coast and have raised our kids there over many Spring Breaks and summer vacations. They learned to crab, fish, build campfires and be creative with all that the coast has to offer. After 28 years our grandchildren are enjoying the beach every chance we get.

Quiet and beautiful, clean beaches. Easy to get to. Very relaxing.
House is amazingly comfortable with lots of space for large groups. 3600 sq. ft. of comfortable sitting areas, beds are wonderful, house is clean and nicely decorated.
