The property features heating, a washing machine, a fitness room, WiFi, and AC, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. Located in a gated community, amenities include a large pool with hot tub and tiki bar, children's play area, table tennis, mini golf, basketball court, tennis court, sand volleyball court, and fishing lakes, the Terra Verde resort has all you need. It would be nice to have more towels and wash cloths. Also it would be nice to have a broom, dust pan and mop. The refrigerator light was burnt out. We could only have the air set on a certain temperature. We were locked out from the thermostat, and did not get an email/message back.

Would stay again, minus a few items that happened during the trip. Great communication with the host, response time was not super fast but did respond in a timely fashion so no complaints there. Overall good stay.

Nice but lacks common amenities

The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a great clubhouse and pool, which we really enjoyed. However, the property lacks many basic amenities that are typically expected—even for short stays. There was no dish detergent, dishwasher pods, sugar, salt, cooking oil, shampoo, or similar essentials. It’s not a huge issue if you're planning to drive into town anyway, but it does become inconvenient when you're only staying for a couple of nights and have to go out and buy all these small items. A bit more attention to guest convenience would make this a much better experience.

Nightmare

The place is infested with bed bugs and several of people in my party was bitten over 50 to 60 bites. The bites are painful, swelling and hot. I moved the bed from the kids room and their was multiple live and dead bed bugs. I even found dead ones on the floor. The large eyes on stove didn’t work. The property is not well maintained as there is missing paint and black marks on the walls. There is no broom or mop. No essentials are provided like dish soap, laundry soap, or salt.

Booked this home a month in advance for my daughter’s birthday trip to Orlando for a total of 5 guest. Starting off the keypad battery was dead when we arrived and had to wait for the host to give us another code for the key box. Once we finally got into the home we were surprised with a total mess. There was trash on the living room table, dead bugs in the downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and staircase going upstairs. Got upstairs to see NONE of the beds were made. The sheets were just balled up tossed in the middle of the bed, some hanging from the closet doors, previous guest towels and swim suits and towels left in the bathrooms and bed rooms. Come to find out there were bed bugs in the kids room, so we had to eliminate one room of sleeping in. Ended up having to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the house since we had no other place to go to at such late night. Contacted the host about everything along with sending pictures and he offered to send back one day of stay but once I brought up the fact of also receiving back the cleaning fee he just stopped responding.
