Dirty inside and out. Trash in yard including paper, old screening, old junk grills, buckets, broom/mop, etc. The South/east entry walls were covered in something black that looks like something exploded and was left on the siding without being cleaned. The siding and window sills are filthy. The kitchen sink sprayer did not work. The oven control panel does not work, There are no means to vent cooking smoke/smell. There is a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the North door which possibly the entry point for all of the roaches, ants and silver fish that are in the house. I was repeatedly informed by your staff that palmetto bugs in the home cannot be prevented. The yard and home needs to be sprayed for pests. Broken window, screens hanging out of frames etc. After walking out on the second floor deck I assumed that the chairs from the picture have been removed as the deck flexes when walked on by one person and there may be a structural issue there. We've been using VRBO for decades but after this experience I'll have to re think that plan. I havent stayed in a place this nasty since I was in my early 20's which is over 50 years ago. NOT WORTH THE MONEY and would never do business with Thomas ever again. And if the subject of staying at the beach ever comes up in conversation I promise that I will relate the crap experience that we endured. Almost forgot, in the rear yard by the walkway there is a 3" steet pipe with a very sharp edge about 1 1/2 inches above ground
