I enjoy this neighborhood for its tranquil location amidst the stunning Appalachian mountains. Situated near Norris Lake and the Woodlake Golf Course, it offers convenient access to notable landmarks such as Historic Cumberland Gap TN, Lincoln Memorial University, and major thoroughfares like Interstate I-81. The vicinity also boasts proximity to urban centers like Morristown, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg. Moreover, the area is rich in Civil War history, offering numerous historical sites to explore. Throughout the year, residents are treated to breathtaking views, making it a scenic and enjoyable place to call home.
What makes this property unique
The house, originally constructed in 1943, has undergone a comprehensive renovation. In an effort to maintain its historical charm, the original hardwood floors were sanded and refinished. Additionally, the house now features a new roof, updated electrical systems, and modern plumbing throughout.
