Sitting on the covered deck watching the Water (Cherokee Lake),Grilling.Playing Corn Hole, Fishing,Boating, Just sharing some family time together that is what THE LAKE HOUSE is about. ALL THE CARPET HAS BEEN REMOVED AND NEW FLOORING PUT DOWN . This 4 bedroom 2 bath home also has 2 sofa beds will sleep 12. Features a fully stocked kitchen all the linings needed. The deck has a gas grill and sitting for the outdoor dinning. Memories await you and you family at this hidden treasure. WE DO HAVE WIFI . PLEASE WATCH VIDEO ! The house is about 1 hour from Pigeon Forge and about 45 mins from Knoxville. Ramps to put your boats in the water are about 1 mile from the house. You do have a private dock at the property. Send me a message if you have any questions as this site does not allow us to share phone numbers until you book but I answer emails from this site fast !!! I Also own the property beside this one WHAT A VIEW ID 262263 can be rented as well for big families!
Internet provided and firewood for fire pit .

Wonderful lakeside rental

This was such a nice home with direct access to the lake. The owner was very nice and responded to questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very nice!!

The place was very nice. Ample parking. Easy walk to the dock. Beautiful views and wonderful big porch. We had a great time with the family and look forward to doing it again next year.

The property was wonderful, clean, great back porch and fully stocked kitchen. Water pressure was okay but had to stagger showers. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We were out on the lake almost daily! Would stay there again.

Beautiful view

Our family stayed here this week, I have never stayed in a place that was so stocked up with everything! The kitchen had so many pots, pans ect. It was dry clean when we arrived. The view and access to the lake is amazing! I would recommend this place, we will be back! Connie

This is a wonderful location and it does sleep up to 12 people. Although it sleeps up to 12 people only eight are allowed on the deck at one time. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable, and the floors were filthy and the island countertop was sticky and had to be cleaned. Two chairs on the deck were broken, and the tables were very flimsy and the tops were made of glass making it very dangerous. The dock was incredibly unsafe for anyone and very flimsy, so I would discourage any elderly people using the dock. It definitely needs work to be done on that which the owner stated would be done in the winter. It was a very beautiful lake and very clean.

My lake stay

House was great shower water pressure was week, the lakeacess was not good for elderly, the dock was needing repaired not stable for moving around on! Out side this the view the deck were all great.

Gas grill did not work upon arrival....after 12 driving on the road...finally got settled after 8pm...could not grill...tired, hungry...response time for manager to get someone down to find out starter on grill broken (should have been fixed before we arrived)..over an hour...way after 9pm by then....unpacking....found clothes from previous people in dresser...augh!!!!!! TV in master bedroom never worked correctly...had to play with tht every night...augh

Love this place so much !!!!

If you are looking for a quiet quaint place with a good view of the lake this place is for you !! This cabin is not exactly lake front but it’s still a beautiful view. The host Kim is absolutely wonderful to rent from, she is always so quick to respond with any questions you might have. I have traveled a lot and have stayed in many places for my sons baseball and this by far is my most memorable one. I have stayed here twice now and next time I will check out her other property right in front of this one next time I stay because that one is lake front !! If you are on the fence about this one I can assure you it’s very clean and just perfect for the lake !!! Thanks Kim for being such a wonderful human to me and my family !!!

Why they chose this property

This is beside my other rental What A View!!!! There is year around water and it has a great view ! Having both houses close together makes it nice for the cleaning and yard maintaince.

Covered deck overlooking Cherokee Lake . The Lake house is a awesome relaxing place to stay !!!Fishing, Boating, Swimming and just family time ! Just about 45 mins from the Knoxville Zoo and about 1 hour from Pigeon Forge .
