- shower with water heater, hair & body shampoo are provided
- Due to hygiene purposes, bath towels provide upon request
- 1 designated parking lot will be provided, extra car park on own expenses

Check in time between 3pm - 11pm, check in from 11pm onwards RM 50 will be imposed as late check in charges, to be collected upon check in.

Check out time can be extended upon request without charges depending on the availability.

2 pairs of keys and access cards will be provided (to be return upon check out, lost of keys or card, RM 100 will be charge as penalty fee).

Please call ONE hour before you arrived, so we able to greet you on time at the building.

We can help to arrange for airport or bus terminal transfer and Daily Penang Tour (sightseeing or food hunting) at a reasonable price please do let us know 1 week in advance for arrangement.

As this is a private condominium and management is very strict , we hope our guest will behave themselves sensibly and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighborhood and the management, also to make the place a better stay for you and other guests as well, we appreciate your cooperation.

Karpal Singh Drive is a newly seafront neighbourhood located at Georgetown. There are plenty of f&b outlets, from seafront food court to fast-food restaurants like McDonald's, Starbucks, 7-11, Thai food, Ramen shop and many more are all by walking distance. For those who would like to grab a beer, there are a few outlets available too.
