It is an OK apartment with nearly everything you need. 2nd bedroom is a bit small. Doors and walls

It is an OK apartment with nearly everything you need. 2nd bedroom is a bit small. Doors and walls are thin, so not much privacy inside the flat. Internet is fast, although it is shared with other apartments, but the WiFi speed was good all over the apartment. The Mansion One building itself is having problems, lifts are not always working, the gym is terrible, and the swimming pool is not even finished, no road signs for entering Mansion One, so all taxis/uber struggle to find the place. There is not much around the apartment really, supermarket about 15 mins walk away, Gurney Plaza about 20 mins, they are reclaiming the coast in this area, so there may be building work going on in this area soon
