This was easily the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever used. Loved being above the hotel, easy parking and access to all that canal park has to offer. This rental was stocked well without being overly stocked and cluttered. Cozy beds and throw blankets. Appreciated the higher-end kitchenware. The only thing it is missing is a great view but would not hold that against this great spot to use as base camp for Duluth adventures.

Condo was in great walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops and the canal bridge. It was very clean and well equipped for a warm cozy stay with all the necessary amenities included. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again !!

Grad trip, end of a Girl Scout era, birthdays, the girls had a great time and were wowed as soon as we walked in. Everything was clean and neat and the kitchen was well stocked. Location was everything and we never had to move the car, walked everywhere around town that we wanted to go. Close to late night eats, with so many choices. Pool was easy to access and front desk was helpful as well.

Host was wonderful. Great ease and walking to many Duluth treasures in Canal Park and along the boardwalk.Parking adds 17.50 per vehicle per day (that is with The Brix discount)The space is very bright in the morning. Great for an early riser but harder if you prefer to sleep In later.The owners were wonderful communicators and the space was clean and beautiful.

Awesome condo with everything you need and plenty of space. Had an amazing time in the condo, down in the hot tub, and around canal Park. You can't beat this place for amenities, space, and proximity to canal Park.

Everything was great! The condo had so much space and communicating with the owners was very easy. I had a few questions and each time they got back very quickly. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and get around, very clean and decorated nicely. There were 6 of us (3 kids, 3 adults) and we all had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.
