This home has been newly remodeled, but the kitchen is still unfinished. Please review the photos.

Nevertheless, this home still rents regularly because it provides excellent value to budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe, nice, clean, and quiet place to lodge. The kitchen is still under renovation, but access is available with basic appliances provided. This small inconvenience is reflected in the rate. The window units cool the entire house. Space heaters warm the bedrooms perfectly fine. The internet works great.

This is a nonparty or event house. That means no guests outside of your immediate group are allowed over. Go visit your friends at their place.

There is also no smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind on the property. There is a minimum $1,000.00 penalty for violating this policy.

Both of these activities are absolutely forbidden. Do not violate these policies. Book elsewhere if you intend to violate these policies. A minimum $1,000.00 penalty will be enforced for violating this policy.

Also, you are expected to remove all of your belongings upon checkout, which includes all of your trash. Trash goes in the trash receptacles. Full bags of trash go in the trash bin on the back patio. Do not leave excessive amounts of trash.

Happy with my stay overall

The property was exactly what was posted in the pictures. The only downfall is with the remodel outlets and wires were exposed and that wasn’t easy to deal with having a little one. Overall the place was nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great place for a great price

The house was exactly as advertised. TV is not a smart tv, so you may want to bring roku stick or some sort of device to connect to the tv. Overall the lack of streaming on the tv and the kitchen being remodeled didn't hinder our visit at all.

Outstanding experience!!!!!!!!

This property is an absolute hidden gem! Firstly, the owner is top notch. Made my experience a 10 star experience before even booking the property. Answered my questions swiftly! I decided to book and absolutely didn’t not regret it. There is some renovations taking place in kitchen, but this did not bother our stay in any way. The location is perfect with a plethora of food locations and family entertainment places. We had a great experience, and our kids as well (13yr old and 8yr old) Had such a great time we tried to extend our stay! Great place, great service! For sure has our future business as soon as we come back!

The house was very nice. However, there could be some disposable plates, cups, napkins provided since the kitchen was under construction. The TV did NOT WORK and that needs to be addressed. The owner dropped off something to try and make the TV work but we did not have time to deal with that problem.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I just needed to stay over for a night to catch a plane early in the AM. I booked with Jasonlaat minute and he was very hospitable and welcomed me anyway. The price was "on the money." I arrived late andcto my surprise, he had the lights on and a bottle of wine waiting on me AND the house was already cooled down for me so i had to do nothing but shower and hit the bed. I slept very well. Fridge was stocked with water for my convenience. I recommend the stay to anyone looking for a short stay and even for a long stay he had enough toiletries and towels for at least a week. When i pass through again ill be staying here. The neighboorhood was quiet and seems like a place you wouldnt even have to lock your doors at night.. way to go Jason! See you soon!

Not a family friendly house

The property showed there was a kitchenette and washer and dryer available. The house is under remodel. There is no sink or counters in the kitchen. There were 4 coffee cups and paper plates. No other dishes were available. The bathtub stoppers did not work. There wasn’t enough toilet paper to even last the first night. My 18 month old nephew got sick the last night and threw up all over the comforter but there was no way for us to wash it, so I had to leave it, which made me feel horrible. There was no trash can outside to take the trash out to. This house is definitely not family friendly and shouldn’t be listed until it has been completely remodeled. You get what you pay for! Lesson learned!
