Awesome!

If you want a place that’s close to the beach but not the “on the beach” price then this place is for you. There is a boat ramp for the lagoon. There’s a dock and covered gazebo with a place to clean fish or hang out. The condo itself is wonderful with plenty of amenities and space! The AC will freeze you out on those hot summer months! The owners are amazing and very helpful! We will be coming back for many years to come!

Why they chose this property

We love this part of Gulf Shores! It's within 2 miles of all the action, yet so much less traffic and noise! The beaches are less crowded and clean!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique due to the fact that we have a beautiful fishing/boating pier on the North side yet the beach is directly across the street from us. You can be on the lagoon OR the Gulf side beach within 3 minutes walking.
