The property was great. I would have liked it if the check in staff had explained how the lock worked. We had to call the front desk to get in the first time.

Hi John,
Thank you for staying with us and for your positive review. I'm sorry there were issues with the lock upon check-in. We hope you choose to lodge with us again, the next time you travel this way.
Fine for our needs, more than 4 would be tight.. no hot water one evening, small couch.

Phyllis--
Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. We will certainly look into what may have gone awry with the hot water. We hope to see you again soon!

Overall the stay was good. Place was clean and came as advertised. Staff was helpful and location was great. Trash was stacking up badly for several days by the dumpster which seems like a big problem in an area where bears tend to hang out.
I was very happy with the property, with the location, and the accessibility to Glacier National Park. The facilities were just what we were looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay.
My only frustration was the front door lock. I know that it could easily be remedied if someone would choose to replace the lock with a user-friendly one. While most of your guests may have the magic touch required to unlock the door, my party didn't! The girl at the front desk kindly explained the process when I checked in, but arguing with the lock became a routine 15-minute process whenever we came back to the resort. I'm sure if there was a hidden camera trained on the entry, whoever watching it would have a good laugh. My frustration almost caused me to deduct a star, but I'm too happy to be on vacation after Covid! Change out that lock!!
