Garden level, private suite with everything you need in a comfortable, peaceful space. Kitchenette includes: hot pot, small fridge, microwave, coffee and tea accessories. The Queen bed features a green mattress and bamboo pillows. There is a 3/4 bath and plenty of cabinet and drawer space throughout. Roku streams music and media through an attached sound bar. Enjoy the backyard patio and dining table, and take a cold plunge in the outdoor bathtub. Outdoor grill and Laundry facilities are available.

Why they chose this property

Eagle Rock was built in the turn of the 20th Century in the hills of Northeast LA and has retained its small town charm while being centrally located between Pasadena and Glendale. Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, Angeles National Forest and the Burbank Airport are conveniently a 15-20 minute drive away. We have amazing restaurants, shops, an active arts community and an art-house cinema.

What makes this property unique

Our newly remodeled Garden Suite is located on the bottom floor of our brick, 1950’s duplex, in the hills of Eagle Rock. It offers a cool, quiet respite with a near constant underscore of birds, a refreshing breeze that comes up the Arroyo and an hourly bell toll from Occidental College, half a mile away.
Our patio and garden offers lots of space for lounging and working, with a fiber connection and a solid Wifi signal throughout the property.
We are walking distance to the college, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, Sprouts and our local cinema, Vidiots.
