House for Family with Deck Facing the Sea, Pinheira (Praia de Cima), Palhoça-SC

An airy and spacious house facing a paradisiacal sea and with several possibilities !!!
The Pinheira Beach, is divided into two: Praia de Cima and Praia de Baixo.
The smallest and most charming beach of Cima, where our house is located, is a calm sea beach, few waves, ideal for families with children, young and old, full of fun and delights!
Praia de Baixo, goes to Ponta do Papagaio, passing several other beaches.
The entrance to Praia da Pinheira is at the entrance of the Guarda do Embaú, an international surfing point which is 10 minutes away by car or you can get there by taking a trail down the coast, passing by the secluded, exclusive place of the adventurers.
The Garopaba Beach is also right there, it is only if you plan to spend the day!
So nice to be on a beach that gives you lots of fun and different adventures, does not it ?!
And everything close and without traffic !!!
The house is well divided and complete!
We have a dining room with table for 6 chairs.
Living room with sofa in L, pouf, armchairs, wicker sofas, bookshelf and TV with 32 "digital converter, Wi-Fi, SKY, tower fan (vertical), bathroom.
Balcony with barbecue (gourmet balcony), large dining table, sofas, armchairs, hammock and wall fan and the deck that is in front and "face" with the sea !!!
External side balcony for rest, with hammocks and armchairs to chat, relax and enjoy the movement of coming and going from the beach!
The house has 4 bedrooms (01 adapted) for couples.
A suite in the upper part of the house, with air conditioning, closet, digital TV, sauna and whirlpool.
Next to the suite we have the conservatory with fireplace that has been transformed into the 4th bedroom (fitted), with ceiling fan, double bed, blackout curtains, 43 "TV with PS3 and a column fan (vertical , standing).
Downstairs, we have two more couples rooms.
A larger double bedroom, with air conditioning, bedside table, reading lamp closet, and another smaller double bedroom with dressing room, bedside table, reading lamp, tower fan (vertical), and in these 02 rooms it is possible put a double mattress on the floor in case of families with children.
Between the two couples' bedrooms, it has a large and full bathroom which caters to both rooms on the lower floor.
We have two double air mattresses and 03 double foam mattresses and 01 single mattress, which can be used in the conservatory (4th bedroom) in the master suite or double bedrooms on the lower floor for couples with children.
Kitchen with full crockery, mixer, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, trays, tapewares, plates, glasses, cutlery, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cupboards and with dining corner table for 6 people.
Laundry with tank and washing machine and wide clothesline in the outside service area.
Wide green area for children.
Side balcony with space for two hammocks.
Two exits to the beach, one front and one by the side!
We do not provide umbrella or beach chairs, however the beach offers for rent.
Ample place for parking inside the land.
Onsite we provide 5 duvets, 3 blankets and 15 pillows.
Electric power - In the low season we offer a daily franchise of 7Kw and in high season, the franchise is 15kw. If you exceed daily consumption, you will be charged an extra fee of R1.00 per Kw exceeded. Use electrical energy with awareness and there will be no charge.
We do not offer it in the house: Sheets, bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella (has to rent on the beach)
We do not accept pet's.
Ample parking with a huge green area!
Excellent location, close to restaurants, hamburgers, pizzeria, hot dog, bakery, market, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other various trade, as well as to centrinho da Pinheira and the Church.
The access road to Praia de Cima was made a part in our land, that is our house is on the corner and facing the sea, that is, you are in the noble area of Praia de Cima !!!
Beach with bars, kiosks, various services like walking cart of caipiroskas and beats, pastries and pies, cheese breads, churros, corns, crepes.
Fun with banana boat, paddle boats, kayak, stand up, frescobol, volleyball, kitesurf (parrot), late afternoon soccer and etc ...
The house can also be used for mini- weddings, vow renewals, wedding celebrations, but everything has to be talked about in the smallest details, so that everything works out on that special day!
