Guest Access:
• The Kona Tower of the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club will be undergoing a renovation and exterior painting from Jun. 23, 2025, through Dec. 18, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• The state of Hawai‘i assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas that is payable at check-out. This tax will range between $10 and $27 per night, based on the size of the occupied villa.

• Valet and On-site parking fees are $45 daily. (Subject to change without notice). Outdoor parking lot and attached parking garage with height clearance of 6 foot 10 inches.
