Summary:
Known for its picturesque natural scenery, historic towns, and 150 lakes, the Poconos in Pennsylvania offers adventures for everyone. This resort provides abundant on-site activities to enhance your vacation fun. Enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or mini golf, then relax in the swimming pool or hot tub.

The Space:
Depuy/Fairway Village/Ridge Top
Enjoy the cottage in the woods feeling in your 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is 1132-1325sq ft! The bedrooms are located up stairs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed (varies), and attached en suite with jetted tub (most). The second bedroom has two double beds (varies) and access to a bathroom. In the very open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace and a porch where you can enjoy the beauty of nature with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  Having a full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Air conditioning
No elevators are available at this resort, and because of its mountainous setting, all suites have exterior and interior stairs.
At this time, all wood-burning fireplaces are not operational. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.

Photos may not be of the specific suite you are renting and your suite may vary slightly from the photos. The Resort maintains the right to change bed sizes when Varies is listed, this is their policy and not ours.

Guest Access:
Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, open Labor Day through Memorial Day. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool sign for more information.

There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for up to four devices. Suite amenities may vary by association.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
