Perfect Stay

It was a perfect place to relax at after a day of shopping and sightseeing. We had everything needed for our stay plus more. Kim was a perfect host. Our family would definitely stay again!

House was wonderful. The owner Kim was easy to get in touch with. Although we didn't get to spend much time during the day, it was a great place to sleep. We were here for our grandsons baseball tournament. Next time we will rent for a vacation!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sparrows Nook. The house was fantastic; it was quaint, immaculate and quiet. All the little touches, from the coffee bar, to the decor, to the bathroom essentials made the house feel homey and comfortable. If I am ever up that way again or know someone else who will be, I would definitely recommend they stay here. It was a five star experience.

You will not be disappointed in this property. Host was very helpful and always available to answer questions. We were very comfortable there and it was so nice to come home to after a long day at Cooperstown Dream Park. Took a walk down the road every day, not much traffic and beautiful views. It's located out in the country and is about 25 minutes to Cooperstown Dream Park and 20 minutes to downtown Cooperstown. There is a book at the house to give you all kinds of recommendations for eating and shopping. We ventured out to Richfield Springs which is 5 miles away and that has a great diner called Cassidy's. Waitress Bobbi is very friendly and food is excellent. If we ever go that way again we would absolutely stay here.The Harris's
