Enter through the bedroom to get to another non private sleeping area and bathroom. Again, this layout is not suitable for four adults but a couple with or without up to 2 young children!

High speed internet throughout the property.- A patio outside the apartment door that has a sofa and chair for getting some fresh air. This is your patio, although the entrance is shared by the unit next door, so it’s not entirely “private” but it’s yours to use anytime!
The SHARED SPACES:- A large rooftop with a giant palapa shaded area & plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze and view view of the ocean and much of Progresso! Have a sunset cocktail or enjoy a meal.- A beautiful garden courtyard pool.
Please note there's no direct access to the pool. It is quite inconvenient. You must go up a staircase, cross over at the roof area where the rooftop Palapa is located, (3rd-floor), and go back down the stairs to the pool & courtyard area.

Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and rooftop. No overnight visitors or pets.
No parties. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.
