Discover Holden Beach at its finest! This remarkable 2nd row property offers the best of both worlds, Ocean views in the front and serene marsh and IWC vistas in the back. Enjoy outdoor living on multiple decks, perfect for soaking up the sun, or sipping your morning coffee. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths there's plenty of room for everyone. Unwind with a game of ping pong or cornhole with the kids in our outdoor play area before hitting the sand. Private Beach access is right across street.
