I loved the stay, thought the place was very nice and well kept. Larger than what you would get at a hotel. Glenda was very helpful, accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend if youre staying in the Grand Junction area.

The pictures give you the impression that you are staying in a guest house; as in a separate building from the main house where the lovely couple live. This is not true. You share their home. This is merely a spare bedroom in their home. There is a separate door with outside access but, there is a door leading to their home IN the room you’re staying in. We could hear their conversations. We could hear the news and weather report which was turned on at 3 AM in the morning. Multiple times in the night we heard a door creaked open in the living room area that was attached to our bedroom. I’m not sure what they were going in and out about, but it was very unsettling. Note that this is NOT a separate dwelling from their home. You are literally in a spare bedroom of their home.

I was only here for a night passing through the area. The bed was nice and comfy. The room was very clean and cozy. Glenda was nice and sweet and greeted me on my arrival. I was able to rest and relax before I was back on the road in the morning.

Wow! Amazing! Such a great experience to stay at the Petticoat! Glenda and Albert were great hosts! Very accommodating when I needed anything. Beautiful and welcoming living space. recommend. Will stay again.

Perfect Setup!

Glenda is an excellent host! It felt very private, yet she was there when we needed anything. We had a private entrance to the sunroom and bedroom with attached bathroom. We were able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted. The property is clean and newer. It was a great setup! We will stay there again!
