You’ll love the newly remodeled lower level of this duplex. This 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for your escape to Spicer and beautiful Green Lake. With 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 queen bed, and an air bed there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The property features amazing amenities like a full kitchen, large living room with a large comfy couch and chairs, dining table and chairs, washing machine and dryer, iron and board, dishwasher, heating, WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer. You'll also find a tub/shower and hair dryer in the 2 bathrooms. There's off street parking for multi vehicles. The lakeside is beautiful and you’ll have access to the dock and can tie up your boat if you wish. And 2 kayaks to explore on the lake. The location is only 1/2 mile to town where you can explore fun bars, restaurants and many beautiful parks and trails. Everything is close and even walkable.
