Parte externa do imóvel é exatamente de acordo com as fotos ..lindo e muito bem conservado ...Também nos oferece uma vista incrível ....A parte interna requer algumas melhorias para facilitar para quem vai com crianças. O proprietário é muito solícito . O Sr. que cuida do imóvel que mora ao lado da casa é muito gentil e hospitaleiro ......

Um lugar bonito e aconchegante,recomendo a sugestão é mais iluminação na parte de fora ( piscina e churrasqueira) no mais um bom para toda a família.

Fácil acesso, próximo a cidade, bem como outras cidades como Socorro, para passeio e compras.
A casa é ampla e arejada, bem cuidada e com uma vista muito bonita.
Os caseiros são super atenciosos.
Como ponto de melhoria, acho que deveria ter mais iluminação na área externa, pois a noite utilizamos a churrasqueira e estava um pouco escuro.
No mais, recomendo e agradeço.

Lugar aconchegante e de fácil acesso.
Gostamos muito do local, a casa é bem conservada. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, por exemplo, pouca iluminação perto da churrasqueira e poderia ter uma pia ao lado dela.
A área gramada é muito boa, porém, a noite fica sem iluminação inclusive no campo de futebol. No restante tudo muito bom, espero voltar.

Lugar Maravilhoso!
Aluguei a casa no carnaval e todos adoraram e se surpreenderam com o tamanho e beleza do local. Super fácil de chegar, bem próximo ao centro de Pinhalzinho e de fácil acesso as outras cidades. O caseiro foi super simpático e solícito.
Não queríamos mais vir embora... rs
