Vista Cay Resort : House & Resort rules

We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

Vista Cay

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and very roomy. Which is always good when traveling with teenagers. The only problem we had was with the dishwasher. I had to run it 3x’s to get them clean. Ended up doing everything by hand. It really wasn’t that big of a deal. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous property but with some downfalls

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I, along with 8 other adults, stayed here Thur-Sun. The property and amenities were AWESOME and you really can't beat the location. The place was super clean and spacious so everyone had plenty of room. Lots of towels and linens and pillows too. What I didn't like, is that the owners didn't leave some basic items. For example, they provided us with 1 paper towel, 2 garbage bags and 4 rolls of toilet paper... FOR 9 PEOPLE! Not a SINGLE cleaning supply (like Clorox wipes or something). I called the number provided to ask for some more items and someone brought over 1 more paper towel and 2 more TP rolls and said they’d bring some Windex or something but didn’t. The man said not to worry about cleaning because there will be a service that comes in on Sunday, but still..we spilled something and it just stayed sticky all weekend. We made bacon the first morning there and because we couldn't clean it up properly, the whole placed smelled of bacon all weekend. It’s just really bizarre that the owners wouldn't leave any option to help keep the place clean. And even more bizarre if it was expected for us to purchase cleaning supplies for a 2 day, 3 night stay. Also, don't expect them to have any random food supplies, like salt & pepper or cooking spray..you literally need to bring EVERYTHING except cups/plates/silverware/cookware.

The resort looks fairly new and was very clean and well-maintained. The property was close to the parks and everything else we wanted and we loved the amenities, especially the pool. The only downside was the early (10AM) check-out time. We requested a later check-out when we made the reservation but management was not flexible. Would definitely recommend though. Had a great time!

Great Place to Stay Near Convention Center

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were in Orlando with our son for the National Association of Home Builders Show. Vista Cay was a perfect set up for us that was close by but allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at our condo. Going to restaurants with a convention in town is a long grueling experience so it was nice to come back to the condo in the evening and recharge. Publix is next to Vista Cay and was very convenient.
