Includes sauna, private boat launch and beachfront access to lake, dock for your boat, jet ski, or sailboat. Also includes kayaks, bikes, tennis court, pickle ball, basketball court, baseball and soccer field. Great area for Antiquing, hiking, biking, Jet skiing , fishing , Water and snow skiing ice sailing and snowmobiling. Close to Cathedral of the Pines, Mt Monadnock, Mt. Wachusett Pats Peak, Granite Gorge Mountain Peak, and Crotched Mountain. 1 hour and 45 minutes from Boston airport. 4.5 hours from NYC.

Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Discard all trash using clear trash bags in grey bear proof shed beside the driveway. Clean all dishes used for cooking and return to original locations.
Place used, sheets, pillow cases and towels in laundry room bathroom hamper. Leave comforters and pillows on bed
Hang up life jackets to dry Return kayaks and canoes to boat launch rack upside down. Key can be left on the kitchen counter. Doors can be left unlocked Open all curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only the guests listed on the reservation can have access to the property. All guests must provide contact information.
No one under the age of 18 may use the house, property, or any amenities without parental supervision.
Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Fires must be permitted.

Fantastic Cabin Rental

My husband and I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful waterfront cabin. The cabin is cozy and welcoming, and tastefully decorated. Its the perfect size for two people. We had a great time fishing and exploring the lake. The host, Jim, is very helpful and friendly. There are also other cabins, and a sauna available at this location. . We had a the lake

A lovely stay in a beautiful spot

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The host, Jim, was friendly and helpful. The cottage was lovely and perfect for us, and we loved the lake. There were plenty of options for activities, including canoes, kayaks, bicycles, and swimming. We also took a not-far drive to hike at Monadnock. There are several cabins available at this spot, and everything was welcoming and friendly. Many thanks!

Awesome get away 💙

We live in mass and just wanted to take a weekend to get away we picked the cutest little place and we are so happy we picked this one !! The house was just perfect !! Clean !! Next to the water just what we wanted !! Bonus is that Jim welcomed us like we were family I would recommend any of the 3 little homes his family rents out they are a beautiful family memory !! Thank you it's just what we wanted !!

Getting in touch with Nature

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful cottage on the lake. We wanted to enjoy nature, unplug, and do some fishing and this location did not disappoint. Even though it rained it did not deter us from enjoying the dock and fishing. The next night we used the fantastic natural sauna and I swear my skin feels softer. We also used the firepit on site. Jim was an awesome host and easy to communicate with. We did not have any issues and would return in a heartbeat.
