Wonderful place to stay for our 2 week vacation! Loved the short walk to the beach. Unit was beautifully decorated, well stocked and even had beach wagon/sand toys for the kids. We will definitely book again!

We are regular Seabrook visitors but first time staying at this location. It was great, a short bike ride to the beach, pool and clubhouse. The home was clean, had plenty of space for our family of 4. Only note, there was nothing in the way of kitchen items beyond basic utensils. We've stayed in homes before that had extra foil, seasoning, oil, spices, that sort of thing, so if you are doing a lot of cooking at home keep this in mind. Other than that, it was great.

Updated and walkable to beach

Property was lovely and has clearly recently been updated with new decor and remodeled kitchen. Also great location about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach wagon was a nice touch and made walking to the beach with our gear manageable. Great stay, we definitely hope to return!

Seabrook Island beaches

We had a family vacation. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach.We walked the beach. The beaches were amazing along with the Dolphins, and the Alligators in the lagoons!We also bicycled around the Island. The location and golf! had a beautiful club house, Tennis, pickle-ball, .

Lovely, Updated, Unit

We have stayed in various rentals on the Island. This one was clean, modern and comfortable. We wanted for nothing and the first two days of rainy weather allowed us to enjoy the movies available on their various streaming options. Thank you for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

The Best Spinnaker Stay Yet

Due to my wife's work schedule we were late to book our beach vacation. This is our 3rd year staying in a Spinnaker house because it fits our family size and we love the location of the houses on Seabrook. This was the best stay yet. Clearly a new rental. Everything in the home was brand new from grill to appliances. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless upon arrival. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a beautiful property! Perfectly decorated and great location. We could walk to the beach and Seabrook pool. We have been to Seabrook many, many times and loved this Spinnaker. We have only one suggestion. Many of the Spinnakers have a gate at the top of the steps on the decks. Since we had a dog with us, we would have loved to sit on the deck with her and not worry about her escaping. A great stay!!! Thank you so much.Susan Deffaa

Seabrook visit

768 Spinnaker condo was exceptional! It was bright, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have asked for. (Items looked new).. beds were comfortable as was living room seating..lots of space to move around. There were even dog bowls for our pooch! So thoughtful! We have stayed in a number of rental properties on the island,..this was just wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home

Beautiful, clean, nicely furnished beach house. The kitchen had all the basic necessities as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The living room had a very nice, large, smart TV and there’s a huge gas grill on the deck for grilling. We liked that 2 beach chairs and a beach cart were provided. There were also beach toys and balls for families with children. My only suggestion for the owners would be to provide a few more clothes hangers. There were only 3 in each bedroom closet. Overall, it’s a great beach house an we had a wonderful week on Seabrook Island.

Loved this condo and one of the things I have to say is unlike a lot of rentals the furnishing in this house are so nice. From comfy beds, to a decent set of kitchen cutlery. I feel like I never know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. This is a super convenient location to the beach boardwalk and the main beach club.
