A comfortable, cozy and quiet apartment well located in Hell's Kitchen. Groceries, alcohol, laundry and drug store are all within two blocks. Easy access to major subway lines. Lots of good restaurants and bars along 8th and 9th Avenues. Nick was a good, responsive host, although we didn't get the right information on where to meet him. The theater district with restaurants is a few blocks away. It can get very crowded with tourists and theater-goers at times, but that's easy to avoid. One downside: the apartment needs some space planning. There is wasted space and not enough in other places.

Overall fine. Place was clean, comfortable, and good location. Though there were some significant negatives. Check in process was not good. *Though I did book the day before we arrived*… Did not receive information on how to access apartment. Had to call contact info on listing multiple times to get call back with any information when we landed. Was given address on where to go and was told to let assistant know ETA. Sent ETA multiple times as we were on the way, still had to wait 15minutes on stoop in rain before someone came to give us keys. Could not get any TV apps on either TV to work at all. Was provided 4 towels and 2 washcloths for a week stay, requested more when assistant let us in, but never received them. Was not provided any check out information. Just left keys inside on table and let the owner know, hoping for the best when we left.

Comfortable apartment, perfect for two. Nice size kitchen, useful office area with desk. Standout feature is location. Walking distance to main museums, Rochefeller Centre, Madison Sq G, Central Park, 5 min walk to several good theatres and Restaurant Row. Hell's Kitchen reputed to be a little noisy but this apartment is down side street and is quiet at night. Was perfect for our 9 day visit.

Nice little apartment in a great location . Not overly fancy but clean, safe, and pretty well stocked. Very comfortable bed and couch and fantastic water pressure / hot water. The host was very responsive to questions and gave a good overview of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again as it was a good value.

1st time in NYC

We loved the location. We walked everywhere. Time Square is just a few blocks away. We saw Hamilton which is also very close. The host was extremely accommodating. He made our stay very convenient. He went above and beyond for us. Check out Moms Kichen on the corner. Absolutely delish. The Amish Market has everything you need.

This place is perfectly located off of 48th Ave. & 8th St. near many Broadway theatres and Times Square. Small but a great space for 1-2 people. Very secure and safe area. Host is a nice guy and gives you lots of info (wanted to know the address sooner but no biggie). Clean space, tv in living area and bedroom, small but full kitchen. I saw some reviews say that the place was missing some things — but that was NOT the case. The host had towels, sheets, K cups, TP, space heater, etc. we were well taken care of. We will stay there again.

This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. This unit is on the first floor, with the only accessible windows being above a small courtyard belonging to a different unit. The sofa in the small living room is incredibly comfortable and would be great to sleep on. The bed was comfy and we both slept exceptionally well. Thanks for making this a great state for us!
