A unique, cozy place to stay! The teepee was clean, cozy and warm, even though it rained our whole stay. We were only there one night to break up a road trip but we had a memorable time. The area was quiet and peaceful.

Tipi was a fun new way to camp. Having a propane grill and coffeemaker available was a nice perk. Outdoor shower wasn’t working but we were informed. I would bring extra linens because the linens for the extra cots are not sufficient. I would not call this glamping, just regular camping. Plenty of wood for campfires, and getting to observe deer in close range was really nice.

Had an excellent experience. It was exactly as described and a perfect spot to stop with my dogs. We enjoyed a nice fire and the peaceful sounds of the mountains. I slept fantastic and it was very comfortable.

It was nice and quiet, tipi was a great experience, only draw back was tha, it was too close to the road. However, it was a quiet road. The out door shower was amazing after a long hike. There was plenty of fire wood available, for the cold nights.

Close to the road.

Nice but too close to the road and a stray dog can around when he smelled our food! Bring chairs!

Sounds like you had a visit from our neighbor's dog. Thank you for letting us know and we will pass this information on to them. We live at the end of a dead-end street in a rural area, so there is typically very little traffic, lots of trees around. However, we are looking into installing a natural barrier on the road-side of the campsite to provide even more separation from "the real world". We want our guests to truly experience the serenity of the natural landscape. Lastly, most people bring their own camping chairs, but we have now added outdoor lawn chairs per your suggestion. Thank you for your feedback and I hope you will consider staying with us again.

Glamping in the Foothills

We loved everything about this place!!!! Great rural location, no need to fight with neighbors or a campsite over noise. Well appointed, loved the grill, coffee pot, cut wood for the fire, mattress and extra for. Everyone fit nice and cozy with room for the kids and dogs to romp. We didn’t use the shower but it was awesome to have the option. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and ability to drive to great hikes in the area!!!!

Great night away!

My 3 best friends and I stayed here for just one night away to celebrate my 40th birthday! We had the best time, it was full of natures beauty and the Tipi was amazing! We wished we could stay longer. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us fresh eggs! I highly recommend for a one of a kind camping experience! Can't wait to go back! us fresh eggs!
