Why they chose this property
Pirates Beach is a very special place. Not only is it a short drive into the bustling heart of Galveston with its fun shopping and amazing restaurants, it is also far enough out of the way that you can avoid the crowded beaches that accompany the seawall. We love our home and its location as it is just a short walk (5 minutes, we timed it!) to the beach.
What makes this property unique
Octopus Garden is a special place for so many reasons. A lot of care has gone into unique touches and upgraded amenities to make your stay a memorable one. Take the downstairs entertainment area for instance. Whether it's day or night, you and your loved ones can open the roll up window, gain access to the bar (and margarita maker!), swing on the four individual hammocks, or lounge on the comfortable outdoor furniture set. Even more outdoor living and entertaining awaits you on the deck upstairs where you will find four beautiful adirondack chairs, and a dining table for six. No expense has been spared in this home. Everything you could ever want or need for a fun beach day is available to you. Need coffee before a day on the beach? Both a Keurig as well as a full size coffee maker are at your disposal. Want to cook elaborate dinners in the kitchen? No worries, it is fully stocked and ready for you! Enjoy the beautiful updated bathrooms, and the comfortable beds for a perfect stay, no matter what time of year!
