Excelente imóvel

Estadia muito proveitosa. Apartamento muito bem localizado. A recepção foi muito boa e esclarecedora. Móveis muito bons. De forma geral atendeu as expectativas como sempre. Foi a terceira vez que locamos este imóvel.

imóvel bom

o.imovel eh bom..apenas o quarto do beliche eh muito abafado e longe dos demais já que e um dispensa de empregada. o período q fomos (ano novo) não eh adequado para famílias, já q tivemos racionamento de água no.predio e nos prédios próximos não, além de que as co.emoracoes de ano novo foram feitas na rua de baixo do apto com volume super alto até as 4 horas da manhã e depois gritaria e buzinas..talvez em uma outra época seja melhor

Apartamento muito bem localizado, tudo muito limpo. Móveis e utensílios de boa qualidade e em ótimas condições de uso. Cadeiras de praia prancha, frescobol....Pode locar sem medo. Pessoal muito receptivo. Só senti falta de uma caixa térmica. Voltarei com certeza.
