We spent 4 nights at the property in July. It was super clean and bedsheets and towels were provided. The hot tub was tremendous!It is a short drive to the lake and ample parking.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was incredibly clean with all of the sheets and towels provided. The hot tub was spacious and very clean as well. It was a 5 minute drive to the lake. I would highly recommend this property to friends.

MICE AND MICE DROPPINGS. Vacasa was of absolutely no help - never using them again. They said they would send somebody from the local team to “check it out” but we never heard from them. And what were they going to “check out”? There was a mouse running around and droppings throughout the unit - completely unacceptable. Vacasa never reached out to try and make it right, they would only respond when we contacted them. Never heard from the “local team”. Had to find our own accommodations as Vacasa was of no help. The National vacasa help desk offered to have the local team find alternate accommodations, but it had been *hours* since we first told them about the issue and hadn’t heard from them and it was getting late, so we were not optimistic they’d actually be of any help and found our accommodations. Vacasa will say they offered to find alternate accommodations - but they never actually did. We NEVER heard from anybody but the national help desk who gave generic, canned responses. Vacasa is absolutely awful - would not recommend to anybody. Terrible customer service. No communication unless we initiated.
