DESCRIPTION:
Be right on the ski slopes of Wisp Resort or surrounded by four-season activities while enjoying the comforts of a beautiful home and sweeping mountain views. The spacious main level deck is the perfect for grilling out, sitting in the sun, or enjoying the first cup of coffee. A lower level covered patio houses a hot tub that can be enjoyed no matter the season or weather conditions and can be easily accessed from the lower level recreation room. Located in Wisp Resort’s Highline community the feature of this home is the easy access to the ski slopes in the winter and all the resort has to offer the rest of the year, from the awesome whitewater course to racing down mountain coaster to zip-lining through the trees. Out of Bounds is the Place to Be when Staying at Deep Creek Lake!

Home is approximately 400ft to the closest ski lift with lift access via chairlifts 4 and 5. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.

We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog. AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.
NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
