The property was clean and within walking distance of pretty much everything. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that needed attention but overall the property was great. You can walk directly behind the house and grab a day pass at the YMCA which was a plus as well.

This was a great house and just as advertised. There is plenty of room and it decorated so cute! It has everything that you could want. As an FYI - it is street parking on the opposite side of the street only. The house was very clean.

Three Senior ladies rented this charming house to attend the Lyceum theater. It was clean and conveint to area attractions. We visited the restaurant Coco Loco which is owned by Yvette and the food was delectable. We would rent the house again.

Very cute house, very nicely refinished for sure with lots of cute decorations! Back yard was nice to hang out in and there is some green area right behind the building that the kids enjoyed. The house had a lot of games for the kids to play as well. Bed was comfortable and I’m pretty picky. There was plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely stay again when in boonville.

Perfect house for a perfect stay! House is deceiving from the outside. It looks like a cute little cottage until you are inside. So much room! We all loved the decor and my daughter has requested a room designed just like the single full bed room. Everything was clean and tidy, the outside was perfect for our Easter festivities and the inside was perfect for game night, meals and just hanging out. We will definitely plan on staying again soon.

We had 5 in our group, all in our 60’s, stayed 3 nights. We loved the house and its location for our activities. We visited Warm Springs Ranch and the Lyceum Theatre. We tried and would recommend a new restaurant, the Coco Loco Cuban Cafe. Communication with our host was excellent! She was extremely nice! We are already making plans to go back in the summer!

Everything was perfect. We may have broke the mini blinds in the front room on right. I don’t know if they were like that before but I tried to fix it and it got worse. They were falling a part in my hand. We enjoyed every perk you had all the lights and deck and games!!

Yes I saw that lolllll. And no you didn’t. It was the family who had checked out on the same day you arrived. But we already took care of it. Thank you so much for the heads up. And Omg, your daughter looked absolutely beautiful in that dress! Such amazing pics. Makes my heart feel so full so see everyone smiling and enjoying themselves. Can’t wait to host you again. 😍

Our family stayed at this adorable cozy cottage for two nights when we attended the football game at Mizzou. It was the perfect size for our two families with young adults. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved that the cabinets and frig were nicely stocked when told to use anything that we needed in case we had forgotten something. The communication with the project manager was perfect and she made sure we knew that we could contact her at any time with any questions that we had. With our families having two freshmen grandchildren attending Mizzou I know we will be returning to this charming house in the very near future.
