Come. Sit on the front porch and swing. Enjoy the local amenities such as the Katy BikeTrail, Arrow Rock Historic Sites, or Warm Springs Ranch, the home of the Budweiser horses. History-lovers can enjoy lovely small-town charm in this home located in the heartland of Missouri only 3 miles north of major I-70. Minutes from historic Arrow Rock. Stroll downtown Blackwater, an old railroad town, for antiques, restaurants. 80 miles from Kansas City, 100 miles from St. Louis, 35 miles from Columbia, 12 miles from Boonville. You will love it!
This home is a labor of love. This has been a family home for 90 years. This newly refurbished home is meant as a quiet retreat for non smokers. All amenities are included. Please be respectful of this historic home. Only two 3-inch steps opens to an easily accessible house, all on one floor. New dishwasher available. I'll provide coffee. All other food must be provided by guests. There is a small grocery store in town. Enjoy the area! You will love it.

Step into slower times staying in this lovely curated historic home in the quaint little town of Blackwater. We had the place to ourselves where we could swing and chat on the front porch or gather for conversation in the parlor. Perfect location when visiting Lyceum Theater up the road in Arrow Rock. Everything we needed and then more. We will return!

We went to the play and the house was perfect . We took a nice walk around the neighborhood. Shopped at the Mercantile and went to the stores in Arrow Rock . The beds were comfy and the dining room table worked good for games. The front porch was nice to sit and have our morning coffee.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Particularly if you love the historic homes with the dark woods that have been kept in their original form this is a particularly beautiful place. Like older homes it does have some of that musty smell like you might find in a museum. There are candles around and that helped a great deal. The owner Kay is very responsive and easy to work with. We had everything we needed at the house and the neighborhood is lovely!

Close to historic Arrow Rock and conveniently located only 3 miles off of major Interstate 70 going between Kansas City and St. Louis. Minutes from the Clydesdale Ranch and Katy Trail. 80 miles from Kansas City, 100 miles from St. Louis, 35 miles from Columbia, 12 miles from Boonville. You will love it!

This is a spacious, newly remodeled house. New deck, sunporch, garage and lovely porch swing. Sparkling clean! Convenient to Clydesdale Horse Ranch, Arrow Rock historic sites, Katy Bike trail. There is plenty of room at this property for your enjoyment. You could even play a baseball game out front while the folks watch in the swing on the front porch!
