Getting to know the space:
This home is an easy access, 2 level home yet over 4,000 square feet. It has 4 private king beds and a fun bunk room that's big enough to sleep adults too.

—OUTSIDE FUN—

★Dock:
This dock is HUGE! There are 3 open slips making it perfect to store almost any size of boat and wave runners. There plenty of water toys that are all included in your stay, making this the ideal vacation home! Toys: 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat, Water Slide, Lily Pad, Fishing Poles, Life Jackets (multiple sizes) and more! There are also lounge chairs to soak in that summer sun and a table to enjoy an evening snack on.

★Decks:
There are 2 decks! A screened in porch with a comfortable sectional over looking the lake and the lower level has another sectional with a fire table too!

★Yard:
A private sandy beach where your kids can build sand castles while you soak in the lake view- This sandy beach is perfect for adults and kiddos!

—INSIDE FUN—

★Games:
Grab your friends and play a round of pool while your other friends enjoy a drink at this bar. Catch up on The X-Men Streetfighter Arcade game, play some Connect Four, card games or Xbox the night away in the movie room. In this all encompassing basement space your options are limitless!

—THE HOME—

★Level 1:
Enter into the expansive area, encompassing the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a convenient half bathroom. Discover two master bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to this level is a screened-in porch, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors.

★ Level 2:
Welcome to the hub of excitement! This area features a bar, pool table, movie room, game room, bunk beds, and two additional full bathrooms, complemented by two private king bedrooms. Outside, a second seating area awaits, complete with a sectional perfect for catching breathtaking sunsets.

—BATHROOMS—

★There are 4 1/2 bathrooms! No more waiting in line to shower, this home has you covered with 4 showers and 2 water heaters ensuring everyone can have a warm shower! There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay.

—HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOME—

★Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies to enjoy your vacation. From pots, pans, waffle maker, breakfast skillet to a season rack, cooking spray and all the little things - this home has you covered!

★Garage and Parking:
Garage parking is so nice! This is used best for parking your large SUV or trucks. The driveway is a bit steep so I would park the cars in the driveway and the higher trucks and SUVs inside the garage. There is also gravel parking in front of the home, giving you space for 6 vehicles

★Kids:
Traveling with little ones? We got you covered! There is a pack-n-play, baby monitor, high chair and children books always at the home. There are kid card games, Jenga, cornhole, Arcade game and Xbox S for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake.

★Dogs:
Traveling with your pup? We got you covered here too! There is a large dog bed, potty bags, dog toy and bowls.

Note:
❖ While driving to the home all roads are paved but the last .20 miles. This is a gravel road, a little winding but not too steep. I can make it in my Sedan just fine :)
❖ The trash cans are located at the start of the road, NOT in front of the home. The trash will need to be driven up to the 3 provided trash cans at the end of your stay (.20 miles away)
❖ All amenities listed, such as the Kayak and Pedal Boat, are all included in your stay! No need to pay extra for these things

Security Cameras:
❖There are 5 security cameras for property security. 1 doorbell camera, 1 camera above the garage, 2 cameras at the back of the home and 1 camera on the dock.

Note: The indoor fireplace REALLY heats up the home so it turned OFF during the summer months: May-October. It is turned back ON November-April. The basement fireplace is on year round.
