Great villa in the Pedregal gated community. Property, pool and service were fantastic. Great family vacation enjoying amazing weather while cold in the northeast.

House was as described. Living room was small for 8 people. Dinning table was very nice but outside and we needed a fan to keep bugs away. Perfect location with amazing views of the sea. CaboVillia's were great to deal with.

Everything was great. The family room was a little smaller than I thought, but worked fine with the extra outdoor space. They also need to buy some ice cube trays for the freezer so people can have a little more ice.

Guys golf weekend

Party of 5 avid golfers booked for 5 days and 4 nights - Thursday thru Monday. From the moment we selected Villa Ysabel the experience was exceptional. The online host escorted us through every aspect of the reservation and post reservation process. She offered options for additional services like transportation and private chef service.Prior to arrival our on site host reached out and provided us with contact information, arranged travel from the airport and met us at Villa Ysabel when we arrived. Upon arrival, we found the property in immaculate shape befitting of the Pedregal address just up the hill from the Waldorf Astoria. All in our party agreed that this would be our go-to villa for our Cabo golf excursions.

Pros: The pool and view are beautiful, Great location. Has everything you need. All the staff on site, and CaboVillas contacts were extremely nice and helpful and prompt to reply. No issues finding it or getting in.Cons: constant emails. I’m still waiting almost 2 weeks since staying there for the emails to end. It was so stressful leading up to the stay and I hoped it would end when we got there but it hasn’t yet. Listing shows photos of the casita but it’s not included. Says 4 bedroom but since there are 2 yellow rooms, it looks like those are 1 room which is misleading unless you look closer and see the casita as the 5th room.
