Excelente apartamento

O apartamento do Maurício é excelente. Com imóveis em boas condições, banheiros, cozinha bem equipada, wi-fi "de verdade", TV a cabo suficiente. Ele também oferece todo o suporte para garantir o nosso conforto e ainda conta com a ajuda do Sr. Zé Pedro (funcionário do Condomínio), muito atencioso por sinal. Só não ganhou as 5 estrelas porque não tem ar-condicionado, apesar dos ventiladores de teto. Apesar disso dá pra ficar numa boa e o descanso é garantido.

Obrigado pela avaliação! O apartamento é super ventilado por ter os quartos com sacadas e para o nascente, além de contar com ventilador de teto, que já torna o espaço agradável, mesmo nos dias mais quentes. Não havendo necessidade de ar condicionado. Tudo isso está exposto na descrição do espaço!
