Not a place I would stay at again

Got there at 2 pm, the lock would not let us in till 4. Very small place for 3 couples as advertised. No TV. My adult guest fell downstairs hurt his back; carpeted stairway to loft, but have some sort of cleaner to make it very slippery. Ice and snow on stairs, no shovel to clean up, we used fireplace small shovel to clean snow. Called the owner and someone came to salt the stairs, but not platform, so still ice. No firewood in the property. Had to drive 20 minutes to dump our garbage!

Thank you for your feedback! As I clearly mentioned in the instruction, the check in time is 4 PM and you tried to unlock around 1:30 PM. My cleaner needs time to clean the space and hence the check in time is 4 PM. Garbage is taken very seriously in mountains and need to be disposed in designated places only. This is a regular practice in the area. I’ll check about any slippery cleaning agent in stairs with my cleaner and remove if it’s still there.
