BEAR HOLLOW
Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.
BEAR HOLLOW LODGES
Park in the heated garage, take the elevator to your floor, and walk in. No steps, no icy path from the car, no hauling boots up a staircase in the dark. Every Lodges home is a single level once you are through the door. There are also hot tubs beside the buildings, so when the clubhouse is busy you have somewhere else to go.
HOW FAR - Kimball Junction - 1.1 miles - Park City Mountain, Canyons Village base - 1.7 miles - Utah Olympic Park - 2.1 miles - Park City Mountain, Village base - 5.0 miles - Historic Main Street - 5.9 miles - Deer Valley - 6.8 miles - Salt Lake City airport - 32 miles, 35 minutes
GETTING AROUND AND PARKING
The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. Your assigned space is in the heated common garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.
THE CLUBHOUSE - Pool, Memorial Day to Labor Day - Hot tub, year round - Gym and work stations - Kitchenette, TV and hangout area - BBQ and firepit - Basketball court and putting green - Open field, big enough for a pickup game - Park and walking trails
PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED
Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.
COFFEE AND A BOOK
Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.
SAFETY
Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location and value close to the resort, shopping, restaurants, and Olympic Park. Easy checkin process. Heated parking garage, clubhouse, fitness center, and hot tub are great. Very accessible, which is often hard to find. The unit was a great size with flexibility for a larger family group. We’d stay here again with a group. Comfortable unit with good amenities and nice finishes. Great closets and storage, so we could feel at home.

This was the perfect spot for our group. Super spacious, great location, cozy fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen. We had an incredible vacation here.
The only issue we had was trying to receive mail at the condo - which was largely impossible.

Thanks for staying with us, Jessie! Yes, the mail for the home is turned off because it's a vacation rental. That's why we send you a link when you book with alternate mailing options in case you need to receive something during your stay. This home is fantastic and we're glad you enjoyed your trip. We'd be happy to have you back any time!
Great Property in a great location. The property was clean and the manager was helpful. Good proximity to great skiiing. Be advised that it is best to have a vehicle rather than rely on HIgh Valley Transit.

We loved this cozy place! Beautiful kitchen-fully stocked, a closet full of fun games, soft comforters, fabulous location, kids loved the pool and putting green, underground parking was very convenient, owner was prompt to respond and very pleasant to work with. Only complaint would be that the towels were kind of old. We would definitely stay here again:)

The condo was perfect, exactly as described. The unit is very well maintained. The location is perfect, a couple minutes from the canyons or an approx 10-15 minute drive to PC. The unit came with everything needed to cook and more. Would definitely come back.

Loved the condo and heated/covered garage. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The location to the Canyons and Park City was so convenient being just minutes away, and to the grocery and ski rental shops. And we enjoyed the hot tub which was not too far from condo, every night after skiing.

My family and I arrived in Park city the week before Christmas. Incredibly easy access from Salt Lake City airport. This property has plenty of space to accommodate our family of six. We also we’re happy to have quick and easy access to Canyon Village for ski and snow boarding school for the kids. The grocery stores are less than a mile away too! The property was clean and we especially enjoyed the in side garage parking to keep the car nice and warm before heading out for a long day in the snow. We would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the prompt and timely responses from management to help with minor logistical troubleshooting!

Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow 2308 home. We are glad to hear you had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the home. We can't wait to welcome you back.
Nice condo with room for our family of six! Good location to grocery stores and ski shuttle to Park City Mountain. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Nice gas fireplace and closet full of board games. Our only inconvenience was, as others have mentioned, a very loud upstairs neighbor who clomped around at all hours. I did knock on their door as suggested but it did little. All on all. a good choice that got our needs well!!

Thank you for staying with us, Marianne. We are sorry to hear the guests above staying at the time of your visit, were not always considerate. We are happy you found the home comfortable, clean, well-stocked and in a convenient location for Park City fun! We'd love to welcome you back, any time.
The property is very well located if you are an IKON pass holder. You can hit all the mountains from here within 40 minutes and still have the shopping and restaurants of Park City. The condo is very roomy and comfortable and well decorated. Garage is heated and only can hold one car. There is parking outside in a small, dedicated lot and on the street. We were able to secure a 2nd spot for our other car relatively easily. When parking in the garage, park in spot 308 (Not 208 as given to us by the management company). Excellent location and very quiet as most of the other tenants are full time or part time and not renters.

Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow Ridge 2308 home! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the space and amenities and had a wonderful time in Park City.
Overall we were satisfied with the Bear Hollow Village condo. We traveled with 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents for a ski week at Park City.
Pros:
1) The directions to the condo were excellent, making it very easy to find.
2) Upon arrival, the condo was clean and stocked.
3) The property manager was very responsive to issues (lightbulbs out, very slow shower drain and squeaky bed frame).
4) The outdoor hot tub was within walking distance.
5) The covered, heated parking was easily accessible and great on snowy days.
Cons:
1) All maintenance issues were solved except for the squeaky bed in the second double bedroom. There was an attempt to fix it, and it did improve the initial level of squeakiness, however, the springs under the mattress were very loud, even after the headboard was affixed better to the frame upon request.
2) The upstairs neighbors were loud; walking was easily heard late into the night.
3) Beach towels are not provided for the hot tub.

Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow 2308 home! We're sorry to hear that the guests above were heavy footed during your stay and the queen bed was telling tales. We are happy to hear you loved the great space, décor, amenities, cleanliness and our quick responses. This is certainly a lovely home and a great choice for vacation home base. We hope you'll look us up when planning your next Park City getaway.
Bear Hollow was very convenient for our activities near Park City (golfing, biking, hiking). There were only three us so we used the third bedroom to store our bikes since the storage locker in the garage was not available. This unit is on the third floor, and the unit above (on the top floor) was occupied by two long term residents who seemed to be home a lot and tended to loudly clomp and bang around in the morning, evening, and as late as 3am. I don’t know if these guys are especially loud or if the floor/ceiling is especially noise conductive. The property managers conveyed our noise complaints to the HOA and the late night noise seemed to lessen. The manager also quickly handled an issue with a clogged tub drain.

Thanks for staying with us, Thomas. The unit above is also a rental and as soon as you let us know those guests were being loud, we addressed it with them. We've never had complaints in this unit about noise above before so it's definitely not a normal occurrence. We're so glad you enjoyed this beautiful condo. The views are amazing, the clubhouse is so close. We hope you used the pool, hot tub, and game area during your stay. Bear Hollow is so conveniently located, right on the shuttle route and across the street from the Redstone Shopping Center. We'd be happy to have you back any time!
Beautiful house however could have used some dusting. Top of all the beds were dusty (headboards and rails). Ceiling fans were and dire need of dusting as well. Having a specific parking spot in the ramp was great, secure ,and safe.

Thank you for staying with us! We're so sorry to hear there was a bit of dust and would have been happy to send a cleaner in to take care of that right away, if mentioned. We're glad that you had an, overall, wonderful stay in Park City and enjoyed the space and amenities.
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean. It is very well stocked for any and all needs. I had to contact management and they promptly got back to me. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
