Very cute and well-appointed house within walking distance to lots of coffee shops, shops and restaurants. Easy communication with host, and he graciously extended our stay when we needed it, and applied a weekly discount. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Hands down one of the best rental homes my family has stayed (and there have been a lot). The home was spotless, smelled amazing when we walked in, and easy to acclimate to because everything was clearly labeled. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Communication was clear and consistent, and I had no need to reach out with questions because everything was communicated in advance. We only stayed one night for a concert so we weren’t able to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked, but we plan on a return trip in the spring and will definitely be renting again!

We live in the neighborhood and needed a place to stay while some renovation was taking place. We could not have chosen a more perfect spot. We were stunned when we walked in by how large the home was, and how beautifully it was arranged and decorated. There were so many lovely touches, it felt like home. We wished it had been late fall so we could have also enjoyed the resort style backyard.There is no way you will be disappointed with this home.

The home is in a great walkable location! Our small team had enough room to complete our strategy meeting and relax . There is no guess work as just about every light fixture, cabinet, etc. is labeled...no hunting for things. When inside the home it felt as though everything was constructed for guests' comfort and convenience. The host was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and effective...again no guess work. Although we were there for a short time, my team started calling the home "Our Charlotte House". I guess that means we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bungalow in Plaza Midwood. The home was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel throughout. The peaceful backyard and gardens were especially relaxing and made it easy to unwind after a day out exploring.The screened-in patio and large front porch gave us even more space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hot tub, fire pit, and putting green were such nice extra touches and added a lot to the experience.The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a minor issue during our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, a lovely property in a great location, and we would gladly stay again.

Beautiful Home in Plaza Midwood

We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful home. It is close to everything in Midwood and incredibly walkable. The house has everything you need and wonderful amenities like a hot tub, screened porch, and huge yard. The host is responsive, and the whole process of booking and staying there was a breeze.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property - the only reason I didn't give it full stars is because the links provided via email and through the messaging service to the guide/rules document had dashes in it so it wouldn't link to the document itself, and the follow up messages had dashes where, I assume, information was meant to be filled in (like it was a template that wasn't customized). I was able to get the guidelines/rules file by requesting it, so it wasn't an issue - just took an extra step. However, the responses were quick.
