This condo features three spacious bedrooms, a large patio with direct views of the swimming pools and fire pit, luxury finishes throughout! The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach-style zero entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair-free access! Fitness center is coming soon!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The gorgeous kitchen features top of the line finishes, an espresso machine, a Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room features a couch, two chairs, flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows for a direct view of the lake! There is a dining area with seating for four.

Master Suite
The master features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen tv, and sliding glass door for access to the balcony. There is an attached master suite with a large double vanity sink and a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, floating nightstands, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two twin-sized beds, nightstand, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink, and a shower/tub combo.

Outside
Outside on the balcony you will find a large table that seats eight and an additional seating area with loveseats. You have a perfect view of the two zero entry pools and fire table.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
