The house was cozy with a beautiful view, and it had everything we needed. We liked the location being close to town to easily grab coffee, dinner or groceries but still far enough away to be peaceful. Beds were comfortable and the trundle bed worked well for our 2 kids. The octupus and sea theme was super cute. It's a cottage with limited space so we did have to leave some luggage in the living room vs the bedrooms but it was as we expected and didn't bother us at all. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will return if we come back to the coast!

Paula was always quick to respond. The cottage was cute and cozy, beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to relax which we so needed!

Hello Geoff, I understand a bit your less than golden response to my cottage which you saw me personally improving, working hard to make it the best it could be for you. I believe you saw me rushing in bringing a lamp that I noticed the housekeeping crew had not reported. I was feverishly working hard for several hours, scrubbing the kitchen sink and counters, bringing in a new laundry box instead of the old plastic one, and a crisp new fireplace carpet so your knees would be cushioned when stoking the fire. Myself and a cleaning crew scrubbed for hours. Since I was cleaning I did not see your request to arrive early. You showed up at 2:30 pm, at which point I had to stop all my preparations. Even standard check-ins do not typically accept a 2:30 pm arrival. I saw your group was about six people with several grown young men in addition to you and your wife and I realized it was going to be a tight fit for all of you. I’m sorry it wasn’t perfect for your large group and from now on I will recommend a couple or perhaps a couple with two children. I’m sorry my little cottage did not meet your expectations but I did try 110% to make it perfect for you. If you cannot accept me giving my whole heart to making you comfortable, then there is nothing I could do.
