Spectacular views from this beautiful Ocean Front Cottage with private beach access to Heceta Beach. Enjoy evening sunsets, star gazing and whale watching from the large cedar deck extended off the 9ft sliding glass door and from the courtyard. The cottage has cozy furnishings, white shiplap walls, granite counter top, tiled open shower with endless hot water. During stormy wet weather, enjoy the comforts of home by taking in a movie from a variety of complimentary DVD selections, free wi-fi, cable tv, coffee/tea with a microwave and fridge. Please note, this unit does not offer a kitchen.

A very nice location!!

This is a very nice place for a couple wanting a weekend getaway. The beach is right there and the little patio is terrific. The rental is clean and comfortable - and one thing I REALLY appreciate is that they did not use strong smelling cleaners or fragrances!!

Adorable beach cottage

We booked haceta beach hideaway for our anniversary get-away and it was perfect! The cottage is Uber clean and tidy with the most thoughtful attention to detail. Location on the beach is perfect. Thank you Michelle and Paul for sharing your place with us. We will definitely be back!

Birthday Getaway

The space was exactly as pictured! The view of the ocean was incredibly beautiful and we had all that we needed for our stay that weekend. It is a perfect place to relax, disconnect, and it would be a perfect location for solo travelers as well. I would definitely come again!

Magical!

Haceta hideaway is a perfect spot for enjoying the beauty and splendor of Florence. The cottage was perfectly appointed and so cozy. Looking at all the stars in the sky and listening to the waves crashing on the beach was the best way to fall asleep. We will be back!

Quiet getaway

We drove along the coast after staying in Portland. This was such a cute and cozy cottage. It was very clean and updated. The area was very quiet but just a short drive to nice little restaurants and shops. We drove along the coast and did some hiking and got to see some seals, sea lions, and elephants seals further down the coast. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay if I was in the area again.

Perfection in every aspect!

Hands down, best experience ever! The unit was impeccably clean and cozy. There were thoughtful details everywhere, from fully stocked coffee bar to spare toothbrushes in the bathroom vanity! Our second stay. This place is perfect. Well set-up with everything you could need: plastic and hot cups, coffee and tea and creamer, silverware and napkins and paper plates and bowls, popcorn. Fridge. Microwave. Plenty of cleans towels. Its private and the ocean view is so close you can leave the sliding door open all day and listen to it as well. Definitely recommend.

Cozy, Comfy, and Captivating

We loved staying here. The room was super clean, had everything we could need, and the views are truly spectacular. I enjoyed hearing the ocean and seeing the wildlife all around. The beach access was challenging to get to the ocean only due to the wind. It was much cooler than I thought but overall this was a memorable experience.
