We had a wonderful stay at the Reserve
The Reserve was a perfect place for our family vacay. The game room was a hit with both adults and children. Plenty of room for everyone in our large group. Well stocked with essentials and many games and activities. We especially liked the outside fireplace for evening s’mores and conversations.
Awesome weekend trip with the family!!!! Plenty of room for everyone.

Quiet and restful area with easy access to tourist attractions.
Fantastic accommodations with an out-of-this-world game room - adults have quiet conversations in one area with the kids of all ages loudly enjoying themselves separately in the game room.
There was a lot of flies and gnatsall over the house to the point where you are unable to eat. A huge plate with blue powder was left on the kitchen countertop with a sign stating fly poison. I guess it was there to help with the flies, however, this did not help at all as we were unable to eat due to the amount of flies and gnats. Electrical wires were cut and exposed, we reached out to the host immediately when it was noticed, which was two hours after our arrival. We were advised that they were going to have someone take a look at it as the garage doors were not opening and that did not happen as no one came by to fix anything. Stairs and stair handles were really dirty and sticky as they have not been cleaned at all. For the amount of money that we were paying for the rental, I would have expected some sort of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it for other people.
Had great time at location with family drove from 4 different states Oh, Ga, Tx, and La. Privacy was great with outdoor space. Loved that there was games for the kids to play. There was a lot of parking as well.
The Reserve at Kirby was a fantastic place for our family. Just far enough off the path to be enjoyable. There was plenty of room for our 3 married children and the 6 grandkids. Lots of things to keep them entertained in-between our outings. Having the separated garage/game room was great for the adults and the kids
This property is awesome. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Fun, fun fun times. Even the grouchiest of our family couldnt complain. The property manager was very quick to respond to some of our basic questions, the house is beautiful, and the game room was the place to be. Great time, would highly recommend.
Definitely the perfect getaway cabin for our big family.
We loved the layout of the cabin. Plenty of spaces to sleep and bathroom. Loves having the game room on the ground floor. Was so easy to hangout with everyone in the gameroom which was awesome and theb firepit. extremhappy
We had a group of 15 gather for a family reunion. We were looking for a space that was peaceful, close to nature and would keep folks entertained, and The Reserve at Kirby Landing exceeded expectations. There was ample place to cook— as we planned to make most of our meals— there was a fun space for the young adults and teens in our group, we were far enough away from towns to really enjoy nature and time together. Communication with our hosts was wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a beautiful space.
